Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training

Department of Labor and Industry - Dual Training PIPELINE Program

Goals:

This program will build momentum for DEI in companies in the Dual Training Pipeline network and help them to identify a path forward. To this end, we will:

  1. Assess current-state DEI activities and opportunities at companies in the areas of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, retention, and growth, 

  2. Present tools for companies to use in their growth towards DEI outcomes, 

  3. Provide one-on-one consultation to assist with visioning, planning, and change management,

  4. Connect changemakers at each company with one another to boost energy and support growth, and

  5. Summarize progress and identify additional opportunities and next steps for each company.
